Through the experiences of my childhood and the challenges I encountered along the way, I gradually lost connection with something deeply essential within me: my inner voice, my inner compass, and the sense of safety that comes from being anchored in myself.
I know what it feels like to move through life without that inner anchor. To be pulled in different directions by the noise of the outside world, by the expectations and opinions of others, by fear, uncertainty, and the constant search for something external to provide the clarity, validation, and safety that I couldn't access within myself.
After my baby was born, I went through postpartum anxiety and psychosis. It was the hardest season of my life, and for a long time I didn't have words for it.
My healing came through somatic work: listening to my body, slowing my breath, and rediscovering beauty in nature. A walk under the trees, the sound of the ocean, a smooth stone in my hand. Small things, every day, that brought me home to myself.
Daily Torah learning, especially Chitas, became another anchor, bringing guidance, consistency, and deeper meaning into my everyday life. Together, these practices helped me build a healthier, more grounded way of living.
Today, I'm passionate about helping other women find their own path toward healing. Through nature, creative expression, and daily Torah inspiration, I share simple ways to nurture the body and soul. I also speak openly about mental health struggles, so no woman has to feel alone in hers.
